Return Policy

We want to make sure you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so please make your selections carefully and ask questions via email at info@elmaexchange.com or call us at 720-826-9918.

We have a 14-day fully refundable return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not cover shipping for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
